In this sampler, I found some of my favorites and discovered a few new selections that even after drinking at least a thousand cups of Two Rivers coffee, tea, and cocoas that I had never tried before. Of the new never tried before choices that we found in the box, Marcus was most excited to try the Frost Tea Iced Teas. The marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate flavored coffee captured my favorites campfire treat in my cup. Each yummy flavor is represented in this coffee. Several months ago, I tried the Java Factory Blueberry Shortcake for the first time and loved it. I was pleased when the Hamilton Mills Blueberry Pie flavor offered the mild non-overpowering hint of blueberry that I enjoyed about the Blueberry Shortcake flavor. Always drinking my coffee black I love that Two Rivers has mastered the art coffee. You can tell with the first sip that they use the best ingredients and with their small batch roasting process their coffees have a deep, rich robust flavor and no bitter aftertaste. With temperatures hovering near 100 here, for an afternoon cool down I brewed the Raspberry Iced Tea from Frost Tea over ice for Marcus and gave it to him to try. He found that the tea had just enough sweetness for his liking and that raspberry flavoring was spot on. With dozens of other flavors to try, we will be enjoying this sampler pack for many more hot, dog days of summer ahead.
