My mother had pre cancer lump worries me for sure
My grandma and stepmom are both survivors. We do breast cancer walks as a family.
I had a breast cancer scare this year, a lump. I was very fortunate that it was a duct issue, but it was self examination that caught it. I was blown away how they had classify things to get insurance to cover a mamo…when you are under 40. I think they should be available for everyone at a younger age and covered. As women we need more prevention available.
I pray that we will find a cure for all cancers. Too many people are so affected.
It hasn’t really effected me much.

My sister has had several pre-cancer lumps removed. I have had thyroid cancer and our family history seems to pre-dispose us to cancer.
I’m very lucky not to have immediate family affected by breast cancer.
My wife’s mother died of breast cancer at the young age of 62.
I have been very fortunate not to have immediate family directly impacted by breast cancer. However, one of my favorite ‘moms’ that I know beat breast cancer when our daughters were very young. She’s an amazing, strong woman!
When I was 19 and then again at 21 I had scares of breast cancer. It is nothing anyone that young should be worried about.
My grandmother had breast cancer. It was caught early and she beat it and lived a long life

My Mom’s a survivor. We try to participate in fundraising events throughout the year, as well as in October.
