When this set first arrived I was immediately impressed with their weight, not too heavy but not overly light either, and how well the fit together. The size of the two beautiful cutting boards in this set are great for so many of my cutting needs. Each one has a small groove cut all the way around to help catch juices and keep them from running off. Each board has a large handle opening that makes hanging and gripping them easy.

They are small enough to sit on even the smallest counter, yet when locked together they make one board that is large enough that it can hold a watermelon or turkey while you cut it. I like the versatility and flexibility of having the boards lock together or be used separately to cut several different things or one large item.
