Mango Salsa

2 Large Mangos, diced
1 Jalapeno, finely diced 1/3 Cup Red Onion finely diced |
1 Small Handful Cilantro, finely chopped
1 Lime, juiced |
Combine all the ingredients, mix, let rest for ten minutes, and serve with crackers or over fish, chicken, or pork.
