It’s not the usual dog or cat that he finds but a seal but for Stanley’s new owner he’s the perfect pet. From the endearing cover to the simple and plentiful pictures that wonderfully convey the fun rhyming story of the two new best friends the artwork in this book is spot on. We could all use a friend to encourage and help us like Stanley, The Seal Of Approval does in this well written and structured picture book. I believe that this would be a great book to read to younger children and then as they get older it would be a good book for them to start on their independent reading journey with. We would highly recommend Stanley, The Seal Of Approval for all young readers.
