My Thoughts:
With so many health benefits and coconut oil having a high smoke point it is great for baking, stir-frying, or as a dairy-free replacement for butter. With so many recipes online there is no need to purchase expensive creamer. I like to make my own with 1/4 cup coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of raw honey. I blend them together in my bullet with a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Plus, coconut oil works great for many of your skincare needs. It can ease dry skin and makes a great diaper cream for your baby. I am very happy with the product I received in exchange for my honest opinion and would recommend it to my family and friends with confidence.
