Inspired by the vital role that coffee plays in helping firefighters stay alert and energized through long shifts, this up and coming veteran-owned business is dedicated to providing great-tasting coffee to people everywhere. Fire Department Coffee was founded in 2016 by full-time firefighters/paramedics Jason Patton and Luke Schneider, who is also a U.S. Navy veteran. Fire Department Coffee is run by active and retired firefighters, including their operations officer and chief coffee roaster.

I chose this one for myself! Made with top quality coffee beans, this medium roast coffee is masterfully infused with the flavor of rich dark chocolate and an aromatic blend of spices; cinnamon, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, and star anise. This coffee is luxurious and rivals any pumpkin spice coffee! With dark chocolate and Baker’s Spice, this Harvest Blend is the Fall flavor combination we’ve been missing.

Mom is the Irish Whiskey fan in our family so this coffee was selected especially for her. I showed up with bag in hand and a big smile hidden under my facemask. After months of not being able to visit with my parents, it was nice to be able to stop by and have a cup of coffee with mom on the porch.
