Frozen Hot Chocolate! We’re Enjoying Our Favorite Tootsie Roll Hot Cocoas Cold For The Ultimate Hot Chocolate Experience

To help you cool off we’ve come up with two fun and delicious recipes. First, you can skip the frozen hot chocolate drinks at Starbucks, Dunkin, and Dairy Queen. We’ve blended chocolate and strawberry for a drink that will have all the goblins asking for more. And for the mint lovers, we’ve hidden little nuggets of minty goodness inside mint chocolate cocoa pops. So much minty goodness in one place! No tricks here, these treats are perfect any time.

Chilled Strawberry Hot Cocoa Drink

If you like chocolate-dipped strawberries, you’ll love this strawberry hot chocolate recipe!

Strawberry and chocolate have always been a great pair. While Tootsie Roll’s Strawberry Nougat Charleston Chew hot chocolate is perfect for a cold day, you can also serve it cold for a decadent treat on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

1 Tootsie Roll Charleston Chew Strawberry Nougat Hot Cocoa Single Serve Pod
½ cup of Frozen Strawberries + a few extra
Whipped Topping
Charleston Mini Chews for Garnish

Directions:

For this refreshing drink, simply brew one Strawberry Charleston Chew Hot Cocoa Single Serve Cup on the smallest setting for each person. Let cool. Then, blend ½ cup frozen strawberries for each serving in a blender until smooth. Add prepared cocoa and blend just until mixed. Transfer into a glass, add the extra frozen strawberries, and top with whipped topping. Garnish as desired. I found a movie theater-sized box of the cutest Charleston Mini Chews candies at my local store to garnish ours with.

4 Tootsie Roll Junior Mints Mint Hot Cocoa Single Serve Pods*
Junior Mints Candies

Directions:

For these refreshing popsicles, simply brew hot cocoa pods on the smallest setting. Let cool slightly. Drop a few Junior Mint Candies into each popsicle mold. Then, add prepared cocoa and insert sticks. Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen. Unmold and enjoy the delightful flavors of smooth peppermint and indulgent dark chocolate.

*Depending on the number and size of your molds you may need more or less cocoa to fill them.
