Save the date Marcus & Paula Wedding Announcement Made Free With Adobe Spark

How To Create FREE Wedding Invitations With Adobe Spark

Yes, it’s true! You can create amazing wedding invitations for FREE!

After living together for more than ten years, Marcus and I just became officially engaged a few months ago. I know, it’s about time! We will be doing a simple ceremony with a small group of our family and friends in attendance. Even though we are a mature bride and groom, this is still a big day for both of us and we want to create an enjoyable experience for everyone. Now that we’ve set the date, we need to plan a wedding. When we began making our budget it became apparent that we needed to find some creative ways to save money without sacrificing what we wanted.

We both want an outdoor event but also know that we will need to have plans for those who need accommodations due to mobility or health. As you know the extreme weather that we experience here in the South makes an outdoor wedding in August unbearable for most sane people. However, a ceremony at the state park in the spring when the flowers are blooming and the temperatures are mild would not only be comfortable for everyone, it would also save us money on decorating. Mother Nature will provide most of the flowers.

We all know that no southern gathering is complete without food. And, we wouldn’t want anyone saying that we didn’t throw a proper southern party. Good thing we have some experience in this area. In addition to catering my parent’s 50th-anniversary celebration, we have catered two of our children’s weddings and many large family events over the years.

So we will be preparing the food and drinks for our big day, also. Marcus and I both love pulled pork and the fixins’ that go with it. I’m feeling a country bbq theme starting to take form. With a date, a place, and a general idea of what we want our day to be like it’s time to put it in writing. Invitations!

After food and decorations, one substantial cost is often invitations. They are more than telling your guests exactly where and when the wedding will be held. Just like when you meet someone for the first time, the invitation is the first impression of the wedding to come. And we all know, you don’t get a second chance to make a good first impression. Parables Book 3 – Top Of The Mountain: a story about real love

Beautiful and Inspirational Love Story

Meet Rachel Green…
Rachel is a beautiful redhead who seemingly had it all—looks, brains, and a strong desire to pursue her greatest dreams. But is that enough to live a fulfilled life? Most of us know what love is. It can be both exhilarating as well as painful. But is there something more to it than what you feel? Why does it have to be so painful at times? Shouldn’t it last forever? Can you find love in this world, or is it somehow elusive? More importantly, what exactly is real love? Does the word mean more than one thing?

From the small community of Cottondale, Texas, to the outskirts of the big city of Atlanta, Georgia, Rachel has pursued an often painful path to following her most passionate dreams of discovering love. Enter, Harvey Gordon. Harvey is Rachel’s lifelong friend. Should their relationship be more than mere friendship? Is real love somehow in the cards for them?

Join author Wade J. Carey as he demonstrates what real love is from a biblical perspective—with all of its attributes and the world’s attempted impediments. In a narrative that touches all sixty-six books of the bible, see what God has to say about it … and what it most definitely is not. Can you find love in this world? Further, can you find real love without God?

Find out Rachel’s story in this third, stand-alone installment in the Parables Series. You don’t want to miss it.

Sacrificial Love

I recently had the great pleasure of reading one of the most inspiring books of the year. Top Of The Mountain: a story about real love by Wade Carey is the third outstanding book I have read by this skilled author. As in his other books, Top Of The Mountain is a heartfelt and honest book with realistic characters and their struggles with life, death, faith, hope, love, and emotional pain. I enjoyed how the characters confront real-life issues with practical and biblical solutions. As the characters face the complicated issues of life, the word of God is expressed and implicated in their testimony.

This writing style awakens and fortifies my own faith in God’s beautiful love. I found myself reading the treasure-laden paragraphs over and over. Sometimes even stopping to write reference scripture. It moved me so thoroughly. This author has helped me understand and internalize age-old scripture. The unforgettable characters became powerful education and entertaining forces that captivated and inspired me page after page. Besides Jesus, of course, my favorite character is Jerry. The humble general store proprietor who possesses insight and wisdom that will blow your mind. Obviously one of God’s mighty figures of truth and guidance.

Just like the other two books by Wade Carey that I’ve read, I found that this story was beautifully structured. Flowing without interruption, you can tell that this book was proofed and edited with great love and care. From the cover art to the last paragraph this book was sweet perfection.

Love’s Proclamation – An Inquiry into Morality and Love

Love’s Proclamation is a fictional love story written in poetry forming a novelette, consisting of 61 poems. Love’s Proclamation is about a young adult named Rureese who is a minor of morality. While excavating, he meets a beautiful woman named Noella. Rureese challenges the existence of man, and he feels the chains of morality. He loves her, but he feels he must follow his purpose.

Excerpt:

Be not discouraged; fatalism is: impotence.
O how greatly we humans can pretend!
I was caught in the strings of barbarianism.
As I flew I saw heights and new thanksgivings.

How to unpack? How to digest? How not to forget?
The curation was exponentially growing!
And as the master of the plan, I felt it was necessary
To dig deeper, to inquire, to question, and then some.

My walls were covered in notes only I understood–
Everything was a trap and wonderful bliss.
Distortion was just an illusion, or so I believed.
Returning to earth, lacked my decision. Rureese!

Talk with me. Come back; I need you.
I felt her pain but pursued life’s praise.
I assumed she’d be happy if what I brought back
Were reasons to live more wholly.

Love’s Proclamation: A Contemporary Poetic Novelette by Michael A Paladino is a spirit lifting compilation of short poems that will warm your heart and enlighten your life. With language that is raw, beautiful and modern, the poems are rich, emotive, and touching. I found this short but powerful book very moving and beautifully written. Containing vivid poetry on the topic of love, with great insight that is profound, true, and so beautiful, Love’s Proclamation: A Contemporary Poetic Novelette offers readers a deep intuitive understanding of morality and love. I found myself also trying to differentiate between right and wrong as I traveled with Rureese and Noella as they navigated the emotions of love’s journey. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves poems, knows someone who loves poems, is in love, or has someone who loves them. It is one that I am so glad to have in my collection and will be read many times in the years to come. Each time I reread one of the poems I discover a new depth to it that I missed the time before.
