Calling All Coffee Connoisseurs!
The climate in Guatemala is one of the most diverse in the world for coffee production. So it’s no surprise that there are over 125,000 producers of coffee in the small country of Guatemala. Guatemalan coffee is a favorite among coffee fanatics, and for good reason. Coffee from this region is the perfect balance of full-bodied, strong, and sweet with a gentle acidity and complex flavor notes. This single sourced Broad Street Roasters Guatemalan roast is harvested from Finca San Diego Buena Vista, owned by the Bock family for 3 generations. The Acatenango Valley’s rich soil in which this coffee is grown is replenished by Volcan del Fuego, a nearby active volcano. It is full bodied, yet light with a juicy citrus acidity and finishes with notes of dark chocolate, grapefruit, and fig.
- Guatemalan single origin coffee in Keurig compatible cups – Light citrus acidity finishing out with notes of dark chocolate, grapefruit, and fig.
- Single Origin- Coffee roasts from a single origin are known for being more flavorful, more complex in their taste and possess distinctive characteristics that are based upon the specific area where the particular coffee was grown.
- Small Batch Roasting – This process is more costly than using industrial roasters but it offers a higher standard of quality than is usually found in single serve cups. It draws out the best possible flavors in each bean for a truly exceptional coffee.
